Howto install subversion

1. install: apache2, subversion, libapache2-svn (for webDAV)
2. add lines to /etc/apach2/apache2.conf
# SVN repositories
#
\langle Location /svn \rangle
DAV svn
SVNPath /home/ben/SVN
AuthType Basic
AuthName “Subversion repository”
AuthUserFile /etc/svn-auth-file
Require valid-user
\langle /Location \rangle
#
#

3. setup passwords for http access control:
sudo htpasswd2 -c /etc/svn-auth-file [svnuser]

4. import stuff:
svn import [dir]

5. re-checkout stuff:
svn checkout http://localhost/svn/%5Bdir%5D
